BroadcastKing Terms of Service
Welcome to BroadcastKing (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (the “User”, “Client”, or “Freelancer”) and BroadcastKing. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BroadcastKing.
BroadcastKing provides an online platform that facilitates freelance service transactions between Clients (employers) and Freelancers (service providers). BroadcastKing is not a party to contracts entered into between Clients and Freelancers.
1. Eligibility
To use BroadcastKing, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these requirements.
2. Account Creation and Security
- You must create an account to use most features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to notify BroadcastKing immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
3. Nature of the Platform
BroadcastKing:
- Serves solely as a facilitator and intermediary.
- Does not employ Freelancers or endorse specific Clients or projects.
- Does not guarantee quality, timeliness, or legality of Freelancer services or Client payments.
4. User Roles
Clients may:
- Post jobs and project descriptions.
- Communicate with and hire Freelancers.
- Be responsible for timely payments and fair feedback.
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project scopes.
- Use BroadcastKing’s escrow/payment system exclusively.
- Not circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
4.2 Freelancers (Service Providers)
Freelancers may:
- Set up profiles, submit proposals, and accept work.
- Deliver work according to agreed milestones or timelines.
- Receive payment through the Platform.
Freelancers agree to:
- Perform services with professionalism and integrity.
- Not submit plagiarized, deceptive, or low-quality work.
- Abide by BroadcastKing’s fee and withdrawal policies.
5. Services Fees
BroadcastKing charges fees for the use of the Platform:
- Freelancer Fee: A commission (e.g., 10–20%) is deducted from each completed transaction.
- Client Fee: A platform or processing fee may be added to payments made by Clients.
- Fees are subject to change with notice and are non-refundable.
6. Payments
6.2 Payouts:
- After Client approval or automatic release based on milestone terms, funds are released to the Freelancer.
- Standard clearance time applies (e.g., 5–14 business days).
6.3 Non-Payment & Chargebacks:
- Clients must not issue chargebacks without attempting resolution.
- Freelancers must not demand payment outside the Platform.
7. Disputes and Refunds
7.1 Resolution Steps:
- Clients and Freelancers must first attempt direct resolution.
- If unresolved, BroadcastKing offers dispute mediation.
7.2 Platform Mediation:
- We review evidence and communications.
- Our decision is final and binding regarding escrow funds.
7.3 Refund Policy:
- Refunds are handled based on project milestones, approval status, and evidence.
- BroadcastKing reserves the right to issue or deny refunds at its discretion.
8. Taxes and Compliance
9. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Circumvent or avoid BroadcastKing fees.
- Submit or solicit fraudulent, abusive, or unethical jobs.
- Violate IP rights, spam, or engage in illegal behavior.
- Use the Platform to launder money or conduct scams.
- Harass, threaten, or mislead other users.
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent banning.
10. User Content & IP Rights
10.1 Ownership:
- Freelancers retain ownership of original content until payment is complete.
- Upon payment, full rights transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
10.2 License to BroadcastKing:
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content to operate, improve, and promote the Platform.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our policies.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Cause harm or legal risk to other users or the platform.
You may close your account anytime, but all pending obligations must be fulfilled.
12. Disclaimers
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BroadcastKing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the past 6 months.
14. Indemnification
- Your use of the Platform.
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Any claims arising from your submitted content, services, or job listings.
15. Modifications to Terms
BroadcastKing may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

- Users agree to waive any class action rights and resolve disputes individually.
